Terms of Service – Elite Locksmiths Denver
By using this website or engaging Elite Locksmiths Denver for services, you agree to the following terms.
Service Agreement
We provide locksmith services on a per-job basis. A clear written or verbal estimate is provided before work begins. Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting service including your name, address, and the nature of the lock issue. We reserve the right to decline service if information is found to be materially false.
Verification of Authorization
You represent that you are authorized to grant access to the property or vehicle for which service is requested. We may request identification prior to performing services.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Locksmiths Denver carries commercial liability insurance. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage revealed during service.
Warranties
Hardware we install is covered by our workmanship guarantee for defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties on hardware are governed by the respective manufacturer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in Denver County, Colorado.
